If I try, I can always find something to be happy about. Life being hard is so easy to focus on and I do that too much. Commonly, I use this blog as a place to whine and complain about all my hardships. Occasionally, it is healthy-- chronically just makes me synical. I am changing. I need to remember all the things I am blessed with.
Today I am blessed with an upcoming weekend. A Friday-- my favorite day. Only a few more hours until I can choose how to spend my time. Fridays are full of so many possiblities. Maybe we will stay home and do nothing-- or watch all the dvr-ed shows we have been saving all week. Perhaps a walk with the dogs is in my future or Saturday morning pancakes. I could stay up until 11 if I wanted to and sleep in late. Snuggle with my boys or head out into the mountains? I am so lucky to have this day ahead of me-- I can't wait to see what is in store for me?
