I am a Mom. I meet every stereotype, I fall into every cliche--At least when it comes to loving my baby.
In one week, I will be considered a stay at home mom. I can't even find words to describe the joy I have about that. I need to remember that. Someday when being a Mom becomes common place and ordinary and I start looking for greener pastures I need to remember all the times my heart ached as I left for work each morning. All the worry and concern that I was not giving my child all that he needed.
I need to remember that being with him day in and day out is all I have dreamed about since the day I found out about him. I need to keep all my helpless feelings close by so I never take my time with him for granted.
I blog to remember my life. This is the stuff I need to remember.
